We invite you to participate in the Meet Me on Main Street event Thursday August 1^st, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This year’s event will take place at 901, Notre-Dame Street in Embrun, at the start of the recreational trail and on a portion of Blais Street. The Township of Russell is organizing this event where the community will gather in the street and support local businesses and organizations.

Admission to this community gathering is free. Food & beverage kiosks, local music, craft breweries, face painting, fire safety drill, outdoor fun, etc. will be available to all. Fun for the whole family!

The Russell Township Accessibility Advisory Committee and the Russell Township Fire Services are hosting the Capital City Condors, an organization dedicated to promoting recreational opportunities for youth with disabilities. Players, parents and staff from the Capital City Condors will join Russell Township staff and firefighters for a friendly competition. We invite the community to join in and cheer them on!

Adult Programs:

• Residents: Starting August 26, 2024 at 9:00a.m.
• Non-Residents: Starting August 30, 2024 at 9:00a.m.
